Long Terms
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By participating in the Heineken UK Colleague Rewards Scheme, employees will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
- The Heineken UK Colleague Rewards Scheme (the “Rewards Scheme”) is only open to employees of Heineken UK Limited, 6 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh, EH2 2BD (“HUK”) who are over 18.
- Any personal data provided by employees in connection with the Rewards Scheme will only be used by HUK for the purpose of running the Rewards Scheme in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Rewards Scheme Privacy Policy.
- Each HUK employee who is 18+ is eligible to receive one (1) Rewards Scheme card, which can be registered online using the employee’s heineken.co.uk email address at justaddtalentcolleaguerewards.co.uk (the “Website”). Rewards Scheme cards are strictly personal to HUK employees and must not be shared or used by any other person.
- Frequently asked questions relating to the Rewards Scheme are available on the Website. In the event of any inconsistency between the FAQs and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- Rewards Scheme cards may be used by HUK employees to receive a 15% discount at any JAT outlet. A list of JAT outlets can be found here. The discount applies only to the first £50 of the total transaction value (meaning the maximum discount available is £7.50). Any amount above £50 will be charged at full price. The discount may be used for one transaction per day only. The Rewards Scheme card must be shown to bar staff at the time of purchase to receive the discount.
- The Rewards Scheme discount may be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, set menus and discounted items, unless stated otherwise. However, the Rewards Scheme discount cannot be used in conjunction with a Pub Perks Card.
- HUK reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Rewards Scheme, or any discount or offer available under it, at any time at its sole discretion.
- HUK reserves the right to cancel a Rewards Scheme card and refuse to issue a replacement if it reasonably believes that the Rewards Scheme has been misused or abused, or that these Terms and Conditions have otherwise been breached.
- There is no cash or other alternative to the offer(s) in whole or in part.
- The decision of HUK in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- HUK is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
- These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. HUK and each employee irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
